PAYMENTS: Payment must be received in full before packing and postage. Please take into consideration that Bank Transfers can take several days, we will confirm receipt of your payment when we receive it in our account. Please use Paypal if you require your order urgently as this payment is instant.
REMEMBER: When making payments include your name and transaction number - and ensure that the delivery address is correct if it differs from your Paypal registered address.
CANCELLATION: (Distance Selling Regulations 2000) In accordance with this Regulation you have a 7 day ´cooling off ` period and this we support fully. However we do not cover return postage. The items must be returned new and in their original packaging with the invoice. The aim of this cooling off period is to give you an opportunity to examine the goods or services being offered, as they would have been when buying from a shop. This means, the same as in a shop, you do not have the opportunity of actually using the item. If an item is returned in the aforementioned condition, we will refund your money as soon as possible. Refunds are made in the same manner as they were received i.e Paypal. This cancellation period is not available to commercial buyers. Prior to returning any item please advise us by email.WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEMS THAT ARE SENT TO US UNANNOUNCED OR VIA COD.
Shipping charges are only refunded in case of defective product, damage during shipping or we make an error on the order or the item does not meet the description in our shop.

WARRENTY & REPAIRS: It is important that we know exactly what the problem is with your item - in the first instance contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and give us a good description of your problem. Please note that there is no warrenty on items that have been incorrectly used. According to the problem and the item involved, we will probably ask you to return it to us for inspection (we do not cover the cost of the postage of returns) IMPORTANT It must be returned with the original purchase invoice. Please retain your invoice for goods purchased from us for the duration of their warrenty. In the event that the fault is found to be a user fault and not a manufacturing fault you will be required to pay the return carriage and also the cost of any repairs undertaken.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Where we are personalising a template or blank especially for you please ensure that you check very carefully the dimensions of the product ordered and that they match your requirements. Once you have agreed and signed off the proof and the cuts have been made in accordance with your instructions no refund can be made in the event that there has been an error on your part....of course this does not apply to faulty product or product not up to our exacting standard.
